KARTING TRACK REGULATIONS

GENERAL DECISIONS

1.

 Karting track is ran by Poznań Indoor Karting sp. z o.o., a member of Worldkarts Group, hereinafter called „Organizer”.

2.

People from the age of 7, called the Participants, can make use of the karting track.

3.

Participants aged between 7 and 16 may only use the karting track with the permission of their carers.

4.

Using the karting track is payable. Prices for the use of karting track result from the pricelist made by Organizer that is at one’s disposal at karting track reception.

5.

The basic condition of using the go-kart track is previous User’s or career’s acquaintance with this Regulations and confirmation of this circumstance by signing the declaration prepared by the Organizer. Organizer places the Regulations in a visible and available place for each potential User

Before entering the track, User register, buys: member card ( valid 12 months from issue date ), entry ticket and takes part In a briefing conducted by the Instructor.

The Organizer has the right to verify personal data provided by the Users, who register for the first time, by familiarizing oneself with the User’s ID, driving license or any document confirming their identity. During registration the User makes a declaration about giving their assent to data processing for purposes necesary to use the service of the Organizer.

Users, who previously made a reservation, are obliged to arrive to a track at least 20 minutes before in the aim of registering, buying the ticket and to prepare to take part in the race, i.e.: briefing, selection of the helmet and overall, etc. In case of late arrival making it impossible to take part in racing in the date resulting from previous reservation, reservation becomes cancelled. The User can take part in the racing only then, when after all necessary activities made, still there are free places on the track.

The Organizer ensures the Users the possibility to rent the protective clothing ( helmet and overall ) and also the possibility to use locker room, with combination lock closets. Damages or loss of protective clothing by User, obliges User to return the equivalent of the worth .

PROVISIONS CONCERNING PREPAID MEMBERCARDS

1.

Users ( membercard holders ) of Poznań Indoor Karting have the possibility to prepay their membercards with a wanted amount of money.  This amount should be paid at the reception, where their membercard will be automatically loaded with exact amount of money paid to cashier at reception. Prepaid membercard can be used at the whole complex of Poznań Indoor Karting  within a  free of choice term.

Membercard is valid 12 months from the issue date. In case, the membercard has terminated and money left, a User has a choice either to receive a new membercard where money will be transferred or claim refusal of these.

BEHAVIOUR REGULATIONS ON THE  TRACK

1.

The Users ensure that they are not under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants, drugs or any other drugs that slows the reaction or lowers the ability of the User’s safe use of go-kart equipment. The User also ensures, that there are no other circumstances, healthy contraindications, that may negatively influence on Users driving manner and the safety on the track.

In the area of the track Users should absolutely comply with the Regulations, Briefing conducted by the Instructor, ( particularly rules concerning lights and signaling flags ), all additional Organizator’s and his personnel hints, recommendations and obligations and should abide below obligations connected with the preparation to racing and direction of driving

  1. Users obligation is to begin racing after being displayed the signal and finish racing immediately after being showed such a signal and to take all precautions and use the track in a safe way for him and other users.
  2. After entering the go-kart one should precisely secure this parts of gourmet ( scarves, loose shirts, etc… ) that could be screw into by the moving parts of the drive. It concerns also long hair, that should be tied.
  3. User’s obligation is driving with a protective helmet. In case of children, it is the carer that is responsible for protecting the clothing.
  4. Only one direction of driving is allowed. Driving in other direction, settled by the Organizer, is strictly forbidden.
  5. Users are absolutely forbidden to:
    1. getting out of the go-kart during the racing;
    2. stopping the go-kart on places not allowed or blocking movement of other vehicles; in case of any stops or vehicle break down, help will be provided by appointed employees on the track.
    3. bumping other vehicles; in case of skating by such a behaviour, the instructor can break the race or immobilize the vehicle and decide to put the user on a Black List.

The User is obliged to inform the Organizer about all arouse incorrectness’s or break downs or vehicle damages. In case of stating by the Organizer any malfunction of vehicle , track personnel will immediately change the vehicle. The User has no obligation to claim any ticket refuse.

4.

Organizer and track personnel have right to not allow or eliminate a User who threatens safety if:

  1. when a User does not comply with the rules rules of procedure set out in the section " Behavior regulations on the Track";
  2. a reasonable suspicion that the User is under the influence of alcohol, drug intoxicants and other measures that slow down reactions and reduce the User's ability to use karting equipment safely.

Decision about the duration of the race, number of go-karts on the track, order of racing, direction of race and required intervals between go-karts is made by track personnel.

RESPONSIBITY RULES

1.

The participant shall bear civil and criminal liability for culpable violation of safety rules on the track and culpable injury to the people or property of the Participants and Organizer as a result of the circumstances for which he is responsible, including in particular as a result of the Participant failing to comply with the Regulations, instructions given during briefing by the instructor and any instructions and orders of the Organizer and its personnel.

The Organizer is not obliged to compensate for damage resulting from non-performance or improper performance of the liability if failure to perform or improper performance results from circumstances for which the Organizer is not responsible.

3.

Except for items left inside lockers in the locker room, the Organizer shall not be liable for the items left or lost by the Participants on its premises.

Items found by the Organizer and other Participants and submitted to the Organizer will be secured and stored for 3 days in the designated place. The organizer will issue a notice of finding the item and after the expiry of the deadline (ie if after 3 days no person entitled to receive the item is notified) the item will be delivered to the Office of Finded Items kept by the District Office in Poznań.

FINAL RESOLUTIONS

1.

If any of the resolutions of this Regulations will be recognized inconsistent with laws or unfeasible , in entirely or partly, on the strength of any legal act or law regulation, such a resolution or its part will, in this range, recognized as not a part of this Regulations, however it will not influence on the worth of other resolutions of Regulations.

2.

In cases unsettled by this Regulations, civil code regulations are applicable.
